01Our buying position

What we pay for used pneumatic tire forklifts

Strong demand, especially 6,000–15,000 lb diesel. Pneumatic units are our most common export purchase because overseas buyers work them outdoors.

Pricing works the same way here as on any other machine: capacity sets the bracket, condition places you inside it, then hours, brand, mast or boom configuration and attachments fine-tune the result. Because these units are class v and run on lp, gas or diesel, the buyer pool leans toward operators who need exactly this configuration, which is what carries the resale number.

Environment tells us a lot before we ever see the machine. Units that worked in gravel, asphalt, outdoor yards wear in predictable places, and we will ask about those specifically rather than making you guess what matters.

How the sale works

  1. 01

    You send the basics

Brand, capacity off the data plate, hour meter reading, and whether it runs. Three photos help: full side view, the data plate, and the meter. Call or use the form — either works.

  2. 02

We price it the same day

Capacity, hours and condition set the range. Brand, tire type, mast height and attachments move it inside that range. You get a firm written number, normally within 24 hours.

  3. 03

    You accept, we schedule

Pickup is typically two to seven business days out. We survey access from your photos first so the right truck and loading gear arrive the first time.

  4. 04

Paid on site, we haul it

Cash, certified check or same-day wire before the machine is loaded. Bill of sale is prepared by us. Transport is ours — it never comes off your number.

04Why sell to us

Four reasons owners take our number

01

We are the end buyer

Not a broker taking a percentage and not a dealer wanting a trade-in. We buy with our own money and take title, which is why we can commit to a number the same day.

02

Condition is not a disqualifier

Roughly a third of what we buy will not start. A dead engine lowers the number; it does not zero it out. Mast, carriage, hydraulics, drivetrain and frame steel all carry value.

03

Transport is on us

Quoted numbers already include freight. We bring the gear to load a machine with flat tires, a dead battery, or one parked behind racking.

04

Payment happens at pickup

Before the forklift leaves your property. No consignment, no waiting on resale, no retainage held back.

07FAQ

Pneumatic Tire Forklifts — questions

Yes — that is a core category for us. Strong demand, especially 6,000–15,000 lb diesel. Pneumatic units are our most common export purchase because overseas buyers work them outdoors.

Capacity and condition set it. Air-filled or solid pneumatic tires with more ground clearance for lumber yards, container docks and outdoor storage. Heavier frames mean more steel and a higher floor on the offer. Send the data plate capacity, the hour meter reading and whether it runs, and we will give you a firm range the same day.

Gravel, asphalt, outdoor yards. That matters to us because operating environment predicts wear — a machine that lived on smooth indoor concrete usually grades higher than an identical unit that worked outdoors on broken asphalt.

At pickup, before the machine is loaded. Cash, certified check or same-day wire — your choice. We do not do consignment, we do not pay after resale, and we do not hold a retainage. If the machine matches what you described, you are paid on site.

Neither. We buy with our own money and take title ourselves. Brokers list your machine and take a percentage when and if it sells. Dealers want a trade-in against a new purchase. We are the end buyer, which is why we can commit to a number the same day.

Three photos and two numbers. Photos: a full side view, the data plate, and the hour meter. Numbers: the hour reading and the capacity from the plate. Tell us any known faults up front — a disclosed problem is priced in, an undisclosed one gets found at pickup and slows everything down.

Both. Single machines are most of our volume. Fleets get handled as one transaction on one check with one pickup window, and larger groups are worth more per unit because our transport cost per machine falls.
